Each mask connects to the device using a specialized AirMini Setup Pack, which serves as the link between the mask and the machine. The AirFit P10 and AirFit N30 come as convenient FitPack versions, already including the Setup Pack and multiple cushion sizes in one box. For the AirFit N20, AirFit F20, and AirFit F30 masks, the mask and Setup Pack are sold separately—allowing you to choose the exact size that fits you best. The process is simple: submit the repair form with your device details and issue, complete the upfront payment, and receive a prepaid shipping label to send your device to us. You must print your payment receipt and include it inside the box with your machine to ensure proper identification. Once received, your device is diagnosed within 2 business days and repaired with no additional costs beyond what you have already paid. After completion, the device is shipped back to you, and all repaired parts are covered by a 90-day warranty.
