The hose on the left is my previous one and more flexible and therefore, doesn't get bunched up at the side of the bed. The one on the right is what was sent and it's lower quality. I was expecting the one on the left (darker one) because that's what in the online shopping photo.
Dislike the hard plastic would much prefer the rubber hose.
After a very long search, finally I've found the product that's a perfect match for my needs.

Why are they getting smaller in diameter?
The hose barely bends, very frustrating to use as everytime I move at night I have to reposition it so it doesnt hit me in the face or pull the mask off my face. Compared to other flexible hoses I have used this is beyond terrible and unuseable.
You could actually deliver so I could rate it .

Je dors mieux et je suis confortable avec le masque. Je voudrais toutefois augmenter la pression de l'oxygène lors des débuts de sommeil. La pression a été fixée à "4" et je ne sais pas comment la changer.

I probably ordered the wrong tubing. The proper one is ResMed and has a heating connection built in. I have not opened the bag. Can we exchange it? thanks, Bill wood

The tubing fit my ResMed Airsense 10 but it seems slightly less pliable. Purchasing, shipping, delivery went smoothly.
Not usable with regular mask.

Great prices. Between the hose and the machine, it was less expensive buying from you than going for a new sleep study on Ohip and the deduction that comes with that ,and the money I may have got from my health benefit plan as long as I didn't get a machine that had any kind of backup.....which they all have these days! Bought the mask on Amazon of course, 2 Nasal pillow masks complete with 2 of the nasal size I knew I needed all for 100.00 as this is my third machine over 15 years Setup was a bit frustrating because of the backup part though. I'm sure you won't use this whole thing but, this was my experience.. Thanks.

It's a hose, it works well
The tubing is stiff, kinks fairly easily and not very pliable. It makes it awkward to get things placed to sleep comfortably. I miss the tubing on my Dreamstation Go. I hope I can find an alternative that is more user-friendly.
