Get yourself tested using our Single or Multi-Night Home Sleep Test today! The Watch PAT ONE is Health Canada Approved and is a simple, accurate, self administered test for diagnosing sleep apnea that can be completed from within your home. A disposable testing device (WatchPAT ONE) will be mailed to you once you place the order. For Multi-Night testing, please select either our 2 or 3 night option and a version of the test with replaceable finger probes and adhesive disks for the chest sensor will be included with the test depending on the number of nights you selected.

This sleep test is available to order in 3 options (physician interpretation included):
- One Night Test for $299 CAD. The report will include the following data: Respiratory Events, Snore/Body Position, Oxygen Saturation: / Pulse Rate (BPM) / PAT Amplitude SpO2, Wake / Sleep stages, Body Position Statistics, Snoring Statistics, Sleep Stages Chart, and Respiratory Indices (pRDI, pAHI, ODI, pAHIc, CSR). The option will provide you with a formal sleep apnea diagnosis and a prescription for PAP therapy if it's recommended according to the test results. The interpretation and diagnosis are carried out by an independent Sleep Physician licensed in Canada. This device can only be used once.
- Two Night Test $375 CAD. This option will provide you with everything mentioned in the option above with the multi-night version of the test device. An additional finger probe and adhesive disk are included for the second night. Your final report will include additional information for the extra night of testing as well as a summary page. This device can be used twice after replacing the finger probe and adhesive disk after each use.
- Three Night Test $450 CAD. This option will provide you with everything from the one night test with two additional finger probes and adhesive disks for a total of 3 nights of testing. Your final report will include additional information for two extra nights of testing as well as a summary page. This device can be used 3 times after replacing the finger probe and adhesive disk after each use.
A mobile phone with access to the internet and the Google Play Store/Apple App Store is needed to complete this test. A minimum valid sleep time of 1 hour and 30 minutes is required to generate a sleep report and sleeping for less than this will require a retest. It's recommended that you sleep alone and without any potential disturbances since longer, undisturbed sleep will provide more accurate results. Valid Sleep Time is the total sleep time not including periods where you're awake or when the collected information is inaccurate.

***Attention Ontario Residents*** The province of Ontario may offer a $415 rebate through the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) toward a qualified CPAP device to individuals diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. In order to qualify for this rebate, a Level 1 overnight sleep study in person in a qualified Sleep Laboratory is required. The WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test provides an official Sleep Apnea diagnosis; however, it does not satisfy the Ontario ADP coverage requirement.

Seemed to work well and results came back very quickly - better than going to a sleep clinic overnight and having results come back 6 months later.

I know I would have slept longer but the finger probe was so uncomfortable my baby finger was throbbing I think because the joint on the finger is bigger from arthritis I had to take it off earlier than I wanted

I did the 3 night home sleep study. I have been waiting for a clinic study since last July and still have not got the call to set up, so I found this option and took the chance after a bit of research. If you have health benefits , you can try to submit it with a requisition from your doctor , it didn't work for me , but try anyways. You never know. Glad I did it anyways. The study revealed , yes I definitely have sleep apnea , and came with a comprehensive detailed report and a script or a machine and mask from a well renowned Doctor that specializes in Sleep testing and therapy . I actually looked up his professional background CPSO (Ontario) which lists all details on his registration, education, and if there has been any issues. I had my script , my report and I picked out my machine and mask. A couple days later, it's at my door . (paid for by my company's health benefits, that they covered) If you think you have sleep apnea, and stuck like me, do this . A couple hundred dollars is a small price to pay for better health and a decent night's sleep.
Easy to use, non-invasive, results trustworthy
Shipping was fast. The device was easy to set up and comfortable to wear. Results were emailed directly to me and easy to read. Excellent product and service.
Easy to use and not at all uncomfortable or inconvenient in any way. A huge step up from overnight clinic sleep tests that i had to undergo in the past. Also, and very importantly, the test and resulting diagnosis was the same as my previous clinic testings. This is definitely the way to go.
Sleep study went well. As advertised and looking forward to seeing how the Cpap machine works after it arrives. So far so good as far as the company goes. Very helpful and everything on time so far.

I’ve done a sleep study at a sleep lab and this is obviously much easier and comfortable. For those of you who’ve not been to a sleep lab, think cheap hotel room in a twin bed with 20 leads attached to various body parts. In my case the leads, which were attached to a metal box located in the bed with me, were way too short so I couldn’t turn over while sleeping. I think it was a foregone conclusion that I wouldn’t sleep well
Generally, I feel that these sleep tests are uncomfortable. However, your test was way more comfortable and very easy to use!! Thank you for making the sleep test experience way more comfortable!!
I took the test because of regular daytime sleepiness (of which sleep apnea is of course only one possible cause). I am a side-sleeper and not particularly overweight. I found it quite straightforward to take the test. However, I am a little skeptical of the test results, which showed 35 apnea/hypopnea events per hour. On that basis I purchased a Resmed CPAP machine, which works quite well. The Resmed machine shows 1-3 events per hour, which it considers very good. I have a Garmin Forerunner 255S watch, which measures other parameters of sleep quality. After about 2 weeks on the Resmed machine, there appears to be only a slight improvement in my daytime sleepiness and little or no improvement in my Garmin parameters of sleep quality. This makes me think that the sleep test grossly overestimated my sleep apnea problem. Might be too early to tell if I should discontinue use of the Resmed machine.
The people at Air Voel and the at home sleep test I ordered from them were enormously helpful. I have an elderly father with Alzheimers and a history of severe sleep apnea; he needed a new prescription and a new CPAP machine. Wait times for a study at a reputable lab are long, and followed by more weeks of waiting for a consultation with a sleep specialist. I was told by the first lab that it was a 3-4 month process. The second lab sold their own at home test but finally told me it would take up to two weeks to ship the test and I'd be waiting another couple of weeks to get the report. So, several weeks of effort and two doctors' referrals later, I had gotten precisely nowhere. In the meantime, my father was refusing to go to a lab and had convinced himself he didn't have sleep apnea because he no longer snores (it turns out he does, just not nearly as loudly). On the phone, Air Voel walked me through their test and how to set it up. We had the test within two days, along with instructions that are simple and straightforward. When he was ready for bed I got my father set up and I just left my phone with the downloaded app on his bedside table overnight. Dad had a comfortable night's sleep in his own home and I used the app to submit the results the next morning. I received a report (diagnosing severe sleep apnea, as expected) in less than a week, along with a doctor's prescription with the recommended settings for a CPAP machine. The phone consult I booked with Air Voel to review the results was really helpful too: the test measures for both Obstructive and Central sleep apneas, measures snoring and assesses sleep duration and quality. I learned a lot and was able to sit my parents down and walk them through everything. My father got a new CPAP machine two days later. He has been getting the benefits for the last 5 nights. To put this in perspective, had we proceeded with the laboratory appointment booked three weeks ago, he would still be waiting for another two weeks for the appointment, followed by another 6 weeks for the results and the doctor's consultation, and only then be able to get a new CPAP machine. One of the labs I spoke with had a six month wait list for an appointment. I'll retest my father in a few weeks to make sure the apnea is coming down. That's another advantage of a home test: it can be used to measure and monitor. My father is happy there was no disruption to his life, and I'm so relieved I was able to get him what he needed, quickly. For some, the laboratory test is the right path and it's best to stick with it. My father's history with sleep apnea and current limitations led me to make a different choice and I think this was the right decision for him. The apparatus was comfortable enough to wear and straight forward to use however the results are not accepted in Ontario and negate equipment subsidy. This was not know prior to contracting Air Voal to have the at home test. Now I’m back to waiting until I can get into a recognized sleep clinic.
Faster and easier than a sleep study at the hospital. Also, the reports is very comprehensive for my own information.

I was under the impression after getting the info from your team that this perscription would allow me to go to an adp approved retailer. After contacting them i am informed your product is virtually useless in their eyes. Waste of $300
