Bought this to replace my husband's aging ResMed machine and night and day difference! It's so quiet and easy to setup and use. The force of the air is a little different from the previous machine in that it seems to be softer so you need more. I bought this because it's made in Germany with Swiss engineering and has reviews of lasting 10+ years. Very nice machine and packaged perfectly - nothing was broken and it came with extra filters and mask wipes as an added bonus. Their text support is excellent in responding too as I did have a question regarding what all was included in the order. Will use them for future products and support, highly recommend this machine and company!

Great machine. Very quiet, easy to set up and run. Replaced a 20+ year old machine.
For some reason the 'ramp up' feature is disabled on this unit. I haven't looked into it for enough yet.
Started using immediately, very easy to start, as well asand auto regulated air pressure.

Very complicated to set up. Did not say what the factory settings, if any, are. So, I have not used it yet. I would not buy it again.
This unit is absolutely fantastic. Replaced Resmed airsense 10 and 11. I don’t have the awful smell problem with this unit because it doesn’t run out of water having the largest water supply of any machine. I ran out of water too many times with my Resmed machines and won’t ever forget the smell that woke me from a lot of dead tired sleeps. I’ve had the Lowenstein for almost a year and a half now. The prisma with humidifier is replacing a Resmed Airsense 11. It’s been in use for 2 weeks now and I’m happy with it.

So far the machine has operated perfectly. Humidifier, heated hose and mask are comfortable. I’m slowly getting used to wearing it for sleeping but definitely improving the quality of my sleep. Continuing progress
Instructions are vague. I can’t adjust the pressure. Slow start is disabled. And the output is extremely intermittent
Best machine I've had since 2006.
This is a review of the first use of the device only. The initial start up is very difficult. The device interface is difficult to understand and navigate. The instructions are vague and confusing because they don’t explain enough detail. There is no indication of how to enter clinician's mode. When you do get enter it, it won’t stay there. It backs out every time it goes to stand by mode. The screen interface shows things on it that are not explained in the instructions. Some of the features are not explained at all. They explain how to use a feature but don’t explain what the feature does which leaves you wondering if you can use the feature. Very frustrating. I replaced a $525 breeze 20A with the Prisma Max and it was a breeze to run. My expectations for the Max were/are high and I hope I can get it set up properly so I can realize them, but so far I am struggling. I am loosing sleep instead of getting better therapy. I will persist but the people who write the instructions have to realize that this is a vital piece of equipment that has to go into service in a one day switch over. I will repeat the review process when I get it running.
