the issue is with the pillows, they are hurtful, I asked a question to you and got a quick answer, so it is not lost, I will simply replace the pillows by cushions on both masks I recently ordered from you guys. I appreciate the after sale service you provide.
I unfortunately ordered using an account with one email address and using Shop using another so my question is could the two accounts be combined?

I inadvertently ordered pillow mask (rather than. the under nose nasal mask) which does not work for me. To replace the under nose piece was expensive at De Voel but I was able to get it elsewhere so all is good now.
I wanted to try a different mask but liked the style of my current mask. I found I couldn’t get the mask to fit properly and it shifted around my face lots while I tried to sleep. Luckily I purchased the same mask as I currently use and switched it out after night 2 of a bad sleep.
The head mask did not fit and felt wrong. The pillow material was much to soft and does not stay in place. Please cancel all future shipments.

I really like this mask but it doesn't like me. No matter which size I use(mixed & matched) or the tightness of the head gear the cushions slip at night therefore leaks and I have to adjust but doesn't work for long. I end up getting frustrated enough to switch back to my old mask that is 1/2 mask, over the nose only. I really would like to get the nasal to not slip.
I have found this to be extremely comfortable and works really well. Much better than my old mask. Would recommend it to anyone. No complaints at all!!
It is very comfortable - just wondering how to order more of just the nose section. In my old setup I would wash and dry these, and switch them up every day.
