Not happy about the delivery taking so long. You use Purolator and if No one is here it is sent to Ottawa. This is 100km trip. Or $22 in gas.
I understood it was to be delivered in the next day and nit several days after.
The mask itself is effective; the freedom from headgear is wonderful. The one drawback is keeping the mask in its proper place. I am currently looking at how to keep the straps at the back of the head from slipping up and eventually coming off. Otherwise the mask is fantastic.
Incorrect picture shown when selecting, resulted in me ordering the wrong size. I was disappointed the only option was to send it back at my expense and order a new one and then pay to ship a new one at my expense as well. I realized it would be cheaper to bite the bullet and just what I needed elsewhere.
This is the third CPAP mask I've tried as I, like a lot of people have a hard time getting used to something on my face all night. It is by far lighter and better than the others, but the tube length and the way it sits right out your face is awkward. I also have the version where the tube sits anchored on top. If there was some kind of combo of this where the tube was on top but had this level of lightness that would probably more optimal. But then nothing is perfect.
Mask order arrived quickly. I find the N30 fit is much more comfortable than previous nasal mask. Thanks for the complementary cleaning wipes. Very appreciated!
I ordered the wrong size so had to get the right party so it would fit better. It’s a much better system than what I was using previously. Smaller and less cumbersome. Highly recommend!
