My consultant didn’t ask if I was a mouth breather, which I am. So I received the nasal mask.
I would like to exchange it for a mouth covering mask please.
I need help with the mask. Not sure it is fitting correctly. Confused about cleaning apparatus. Generally experiencing difficulties trying to sleep with mask.
After attempting to sleep with this mask for 2 nights, I went out the next morning and bought a different one from a local CPAP supply store. The fabric on the nose piece really irritated my skin. The frame is too big, despite it being the small frame, and attempting to sleep on my side crushed the airflow. Never again.
This mask nose piece catches on hair stubble from the days growth. It makes my nose feel warm and itchy.
It is very uncomfortable and the results have been poor. 93/100 . I have returned to using my old mask the last two nights 100/100. Please advise how I can return IT and receive a refund. dtlc@me.com
I recently purchased the ResMed AirSense™ 11 with the ResMed AirTouch N30i Nasal Mask, and for the first week, I slept so well. I never slept through the night; I would wake up every hour. Also, with the climate control, I don't wake up with a dry nose all the time. Loving this product.
This isn't the right mask for me. I only tried it for one night, but spent the night waking up frequently, worrying about whether there were too many leaks happening. I'm going to try the P30i instead--I think the nasal pillow version of this mask might be better for me.
Not sure I have the correct size. It works but the back strap is a little large and I find it rides up when I sleep. I washed the mask yesterday for the first time ..I thought the cover would come off but it doesn't... hopefully there won't be an issue (slimy or eventually mouldy?) between the mask material and the cover.

This model finish is significant better than the previous version. A real winner.
There is only one fault I can see - When the Velcro straps on each side go over the ear, the Velcro rubs and could chaff the top part of the ear where it meets the head. In my case, I wrapped the Velcro part of the straps with soft plastic tape and it works fine, since it was smooth. However, a better solution would be a plastic sleeve that a person could move into the correct position as they wear the mask.

All I can say is so far so good! I gave it a 4 because nothing is perfect. It fits well and I’ve experienced better nights using it so, yes I am satisfied this far.
This mask is fantastic and a great improvement over my previous nasal mask. I'm sleeping better and getting more REM sleep. I was initially worried that this mask might be difficult to use as a side sleeper because of its side air channels, but I've had no issues with that at all.
AirTouch combined with the AirFit silicone nasal pillow is the most comfortable, best performing mask available for sleeping in any position. Having the tube at the top of the head with a tube holder is an absolute game changer. You’re able to turn around while sleeping to any position without having the tube interfere. Why would you ever have the tube direct to your nose unless you were able to sleep in the same position all night. There is no better mask.
I love the fact that my nose isn't totally covered. but I have been having a bit of a problem getting used to the hose attachment being on top of my head.
