Air Voel is an authorized Canadian repair provider for ResMed devices, offering professional diagnostics and repair.

We service:
ResMed AirSense 11 (all models)
ResMed AirSense 10 (all models)

We do not service:
ResMed AirMini
Older ResMed models
Non-ResMed PAP Devices

Air Voel provides professional repair service for out-of-warranty ResMed PAP devices with clear pricing and full transparency throughout the process.

Step 1: Make a Payment
- $399 CAD flat repair fee (paid upfront)
- Shipping included: you will receive a prepaid shipping label by email
- 2 business day turnaround once your device is received and diagnosed
- 90-day warranty on replaced parts
- Canada-wide service by an authorized ResMed repair provider

Step 2: Complete the Repair Form
Before shipping your device, please complete the repair form here.
Provide your machine details and describe the issue. Orders without a completed form may be delayed.

Step 3: Print Your Receipt
You must print your payment receipt and place it inside the box with your machine. This is required to match your device to your order. Shipments without a printed receipt may be delayed.

Step 4: Ship Your Device
We will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and attach it to your shipping box (box not provided). Pack your device securely using proper padding to prevent movement during transit. Include: CPAP machine, power adapter, printed payment receipt. Do not include: mask, tubing, water chamber, carry case

Step 5: What Happens Next
Once we receive your device, we will diagnose the issue and contact you within 2 business days to confirm whether the repair can be completed immediately or if any parts need to be ordered. You will not incur any additional costs beyond what you have already paid. Once the repair is complete, we will notify you by email and ship the device back to you. All repaired parts are covered by a 90-day warranty.
