I was able to use the micro CPAP as soon as I charged the battery. So quiet and it seemed to adjust the pressure level as I was using it, but the first night I felt it did not adjust fully to my prescribed level. So I downloaded the software and made adjustments. The second night felt better and my wife said my breathing was better. I was able to add a humidifier of sorts between the machine and my headgear for use at home but will need something when I travel. I know a recycle unit is available.

Great device when it works. Had some issues that required replacement unit. Spoke to manufacturer and received great phone help. Voel, the local rep, was also immensely helpful.

the device is way too loud. my partner couldn't sleep and neither could I. of course I used it once so now it can't be returned and I have 1000 dollar paper weight. all of the settings are behind a security wall so I can't even give it to other people to let them try for themselves

Kept my partner up all night, long, which intern kept me up because they were tossing and turning. Loudest machine ever. I can’t change any of this internal settings because it’s all done beforehand. Now I can’t return or sell it to anyone because it has my settings on it and they can’t be tampered with without the correct passcode and what not absolutely horrible product do not buy.

You did not set up the pressures for me so I always feel like I’m trying to suck air. I don’t get enough before I bought it. I asked and I was told that I would give you the numbers on checkout and you would set it up, but it was not asked numbers just put the order through and sent the machine

It is way too loud. It is billed as whisper soft - it definitely is not. Also, it jumps from ramp to max with no in between. I have to force my exhale (and stay awake) while it is blowing so hard. My settings are at my prescripted settings. My home CpAP doesn't act like this at all.
A great mini cpap for travel. Great price and great app as well.
The air hose will not stay connected to my mask and keeps falling out of the machine.

Noisy. Pressure relief doesn't seem to work well. But light and easy to carry for travel.
I researched considerably before choosing to purchase the Transcend Micro travel CPAP. I was concerned about the sound level and the (lack of) humidifier. However, since we travel often by motorcycle, my Airsense 10 was not going work well with our travel needs. After trying out the Transcend Micro, all my concerns were put to rest -- err, sleep, and more. First the Micro is even smaller than I expected. It is tiny. Secondly the noise level was much less than I feared. For your sleeping partner, the motor is slightly louder than my Airsense 10, and it does vary slightly with each breath but the effect is about the same sound level as normal sleep breath sounds, that a normal sleeper makes. As for mask noise, I use the F&P Nova Micro nasal pillows mask, and I hear no mask noise at all. This might not be true for masks that route air near the ears -- I can't speak to that. Finally -- the humidity. I live in a dry area, and have always used the humidifier on the Airsense 10. For my test nights of using the Transcend Micro, I used no humidifier (not even the 'humidifier' cartridges). My throat and nose were a bit dryer than normal, but it was not uncomfortable. I think I had a sip of water in the night, but nothing more. All in all, my expectations were about 60% but the reality was 110%. I recommend the Transcend Micro for travel.

Order process was easy and Transcend Micro CPAP arrived only a few days later. The unit was set up with my prescription and ready to go. The unit was easy to assemble right out of the box. I have used it at home for about a week now, in advance of taking it with me on an upcoming cruise. I wanted to be certain it worked for me. It functions amazingly well. No issues or concerns whatsoever.

I have difficulty getting the CPAP unit to regularly sync with my Android phone. I spoke with Vic about this a couple of weeks ago and have not heard back from him with a possible solution.

Love that the unit is small for travel. Tried using my existing mark which I was told would work with the unit but it did not work. It was very loud. I then purchased a H30 mask but still was unable to sleep the unit was very loud. Unsatisfied and returned the unit.
I'd made an error while purchasing on the site - accidentally marked it for pickup instead of shipping - but the customer service fellow was super helpful, answered the phone right away and got it fixed. Package arrived the next day! Everything quick and as-advertised
