Repair Services
Air Voel provides professional repair service for out-of-warranty ResMed PAP devices. We service ResMed AirSense 10 and AirSense11 - series PAP devices including CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP. We do NOT service ResMed AirMini, older ResMed devices, or non-ResMed devices.
Step 1: Fill Repair Form

- Include your contact information so we can be in touch with you to email you a shipping label
- Provide your device make, model, and serial number

Step 2: Make a Payment
- Pay $399 CAD flat repair fee (paid upfront)
- Shipping included: you will receive a prepaid shipping label
- 2 business day turnaround once your device is received and diagnosed
- 90-day warranty on replaced parts
Step 3: Print your Recepit
You must print your payment receipt and place it inside the box with your machine. This is required to match your device to your order. Shipments without a printed receipt may be delayed. We will email you the prepaid shipping label once we receive your payment and CPAP Repair form. We may contact you to request more info.
Step 4: Ship your Device
We will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and attach it to your shipping box (box not provided). Pack your device securely using proper padding to prevent movement during transit. Include: PAP device, power adapter, printed payment receipt. Do not include: mask, tubing, water chamber, carry case.
Step 5: What Happens Next
Once we receive your device, we will diagnose the issue and contact you within 2 business days to confirm whether the repair can be completed immediately or if any parts need to be ordered. You will not incur any additional costs. Once the repair is complete, we will ship the device back to you. All repaired parts are covered by a 90-day warranty.
