Le silencieux Q-lite pour appareil CPAP en ligne réduit le bruit acoustique transmis au masque du patient par le tube CPAP. Le tuyau flexible de 20 cm (inclus) relie le Q-lite directement à votre appareil CPAP et le tube standard au masque.

Bought this to reduce the air flow noise from my Air Mini. I found it makes an appreciable difference for my setup using the after market adapter and the ResMed slimline hose. They are not well made however. I used it for the first time on a one night road trip and when I got back home, I gently removed the small hose from the Q-Lite to clean it (the QLite cannot be cleaned internally). As I gently pulled the hose off, the end of the Q-Lite came off as well. I wasn't impressed. I contacted Air Voel who were very responsive. Working with the manufacturer, they asked if the end re-attached ok, and if there was any degradation in the sound muffling. While the end piece went in ok, I found that the muffling performance was diminished due to a compromised seal. Although the manufacturer DOES NOT OFFER A WARRANTY on this item, Air Voel was kind enough to send me another one. While impressed that Air Voel stands behind their product, I'm not impressed with Breas Medical Inc that makes this cheap plastic muffler that sells for a whole lot more than it costs to make. I think ResMed should make something similar, and more robust, and include it with the Air Mini.

I saw a review complaining that the AirMini is noisy, but that is not true, even without the muffler.

OK but doesn't remove enough noise, would have need to do 2-3 loops like a real car muffler to kill enough noise
Doesn't really lower acoustic noise.
Very polite and helpful staff. Understood my dilemma, offered several possible solutions, and helped me decide on best option. Needed pieces arrived immediately with adequate instructions. Solution DID work. Hurrah! Thank you.
It doesn't fit the Air mini CPAP. Very unsatisfied with this purchase. Will be returning it.
I don’t have the impression it reduce noise that much
Works very well with the Air mini but not quite as well with the hygration attachment
I cannot connect this to the AirMini. Clearly some other hose or transitional piece is required. I could certainly use help by experts in how to connect this.

Significant improvement in the noise level in the air hose of my ResMed AirMini AutoSet. Not as quiet as my ResMed S9 but now usable.
Works perfect
Reduced the noise level in the tube from the air mini. Made things more comfortable.
Not to sure about this but I think it works?? Kind of?? Oh well, maybe it’s about perception.
