Dure 8 heures minimum sur une pression moyenne de 10, sans humidificateur, sans tube chauffant ou fuite excessive du masque et jusqu'à 16 heures selon votre pression. Veuillez vous assurer que tous vos réglages de chauffage sont désactivés pour obtenir la durée de fonctionnement la plus longue possible pour vos réglages.
Charge et délivre une tension continue à l'aide de câbles spécifiques à la machine. Aucune conversion du courant continu vers le courant alternatif, ce qui réduit la durée de fonctionnement de la batterie et augmente la taille de la batterie.

The only concern I had was that it was ice cold inside the packaging when I received it. It does appear to work but I hope it did not affect the longevity of the battery.
I initially was looking at a batery that was 148 wh, less money and seemed more weather resistant than this one. Time constrains made me choose this one but I’m not sure how it will stand up to camping and backpacking. Aside from those concerns I’m very
happy with it so far. The solar panel did charge the device from one light up to almost full with 7 hours of exposure so thats a plus.

The cables are very loose and frequently fall out thereby stopping the CPAP. It takes a lot of fiddling to restore a precarious connection. Not at all satisfactory

Just what I have been looking for to power my air mini. Often the nearest plug in a hotel room is not that convenient to plug in my AirMini and plugs on or near the nightstand are usually monopolized for charging my other devices. This battery solves this issue!
I am very pleased with the purchase of my Medistrom Pilot-24 lite backup battery, I have used it a couple of nights with my Travel Air Mini, when we had a power outage. If you rely on your CPAP machine during a power outage, this is the way to go.
After repeated power failures in the last few months, this CPAP battery backup has been a godsend , allowing me to sleep comfortably, when the hydro failed.
Bought it as a backup for my CPAP in case our toyhauler batteries failed during camping. They did and I used my Voel portable backup battery for three days. Worked like a charm, recharged quickly and kept me from having to cancel our camping trip and go home early as I need my CPAP machine to sleep.
I wish I had known about this sooner. We spend our winters in Cuba and this backup gives me peace of mind during blackouts. I tried it one night, sitting on the side of the bed: while wearing my CPAP mask I unplugged the unit from the wall. If I had had my eyes closed, I would have never know the power had been cut off. There was no interruption in the airflow whatsoever. I love it.
