Bought this not really knowing much about it. After using it for a few nights I am very impressed. I received the same therapy as my resmed 11 according to the reports. It is a bit louder but not much. It ran for 3 nights on the battery. It's very small and will be great for travel
I can use it with my nasal cpap mask and hose with with the adapter. I don’t like heated hoses and this option gave me no heat too. Works well with my current hose.

The connector itselfworks well but the total picture is not satisfactory. I find the travel mini very noisy which is not good if you are travelling with a partner or a friend. More importantly the air blows very strongly in my nose to the point that I cannot make it through the night.
Any suggestions?
Thank you Air Voel for your help. I have the AirMini (LOVE IT), and needed a new semi annual P10 mask. I mistakenly ordered the wrong P10 (my fault as the picture and description were incomplete and vague and I ‘assumed’…). Air Voel customer service was able to resolve the issue with this adapter. Thank you!
It could certainly come with clearer instructions about use. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. It is a work around that allows old minis to be adapted to be able to use the regular sized machines. Jose’s and masks. It doesn’t give a particularly tight fit but serves the purpose
I could not detach it from the machine and therefore could not clean it or fit it into the hard case. I took it back to the store and the young man who sold it to me took it off with some difficulty. I intend to use the machine for travel and wonder if my arthritic fingers will be able to detach it then.
