The mask is comfortable but I am still having a lot of leakage which is affecting my eyes. I have tried a variety of masks - not the full face mask but know I would not be able to tolerate it. Not sure what to do.
Originally thought I would try the F30i but found that I couldn't use it. The staff handled my return quickly and got me my all time favorite N30i. If you want to be treated well, this is the place to go.
Came quickly, very comfortable, sometimes moves but not very often. The hose at the top of the head is great.
I usually sleep on my back but have woke up on my side and the mask has stayed in place.
I have been sleeping with a cpap machine for about 10 years now and this is the first mask I find that is actually comfortable! The nasal cushion having the fabric on it is a game changer!
The wrong size mask was sent and I had to return it at my expense. The size I ordered was a small but you prepared an invoice showing large which I did not notice until delivered. I believe the error was yours and you should have offered to pay for the return and send a new mask in the correct size!
