Keeps me breathing!
This face mask works better for my husband's sleep because he likes to sleep on his side. He had a larger full face mask that always needed readjusting.

The mask fit well but the cushion went hard and would not seal

I find the nostril holes slide and actually it is difficult to breathe and I need to keep adjusting ! I really like the smaller mask but nostril holes are a problem for me!
I’ve been wearing this mask for years and was happy to find it here for considerably less money than I have paid from other suppliers. Ordering was simple, delivery was fast and the product was exactly as described. I’ll be ordering again.

Je crois que le modèle qui a un ajustement dans les narines ne me convient pas. Je suis avec un Ultra Mirage FX depuis près de 24 ans. Mais ResMed ne produit plus ce modèle. Je crois qu'il est remplacé par le ResMed Quatro ? Mais bon, j'ai déjà échangé une fois, je vais patienter et me procurer un autre modèle plus tard.
Printing out and using the size guide, I ordered a medium sized mask, only to find that the mask did not properly seal. Therefore, I am having constant leakage on the sides, making the mask very uncomfortable to wear.
The nose part does not fit me and leaks too much. Not great for side sleeping.

Initionally had an issue assembling the mask . It snaps in with a little more effort. Very content with the whole head gears comfort, and function.
Very comfortable on the face
I have been using the Resmed F30 for several years now and it seems the last year or 2 the mask is not the same as they used to be, very poor fit and i notice a definite difference in the actual size especially around where it fits in your nose, it seems there are certain batch numbers, one batch fits while the other batch is a poor fit and i can't even use them. I just bought 2 complete masks and the 2 new ones i received are in that poor batch that won't fit or work. If you want to contact me that would be great, thanks. Jim

Great service and delivery was very fast compared to CPAP Outlet. We also like the free CPAP wipes which were included.
Just a couple of days in use, some issues with leaking air, trying to adjust to the new mask

Prefer nose mask
The mask fit well and seems to be better. I was pleased the packaged contained the face wipes to use the mask. Good idea. As a suggestion you might want to bundle two of the masks themselves as an offering as it would be good to swap out the masks without having to purchase all the other pats.

You may consider offering “Priority Canada Post” at a shipping cost Of only $5.25 as an affordable alternative. This new offering will make you even more attractive And very competitive and help grow your business,
You find one that works for you and you stick with it as there are no returns. Only down side and this goes for anything new, the head gear stretches and requires constant adjustment to avoid leaks and or too tight. However I will never shop anywhere else but Air Voel for their customer service, selection and price. Keep up the great work.
Have used the F30 for a number of years without problems. This time I am fighting leaks all the time. Neither loosening or tightening the straps seems to help.
The persuit in finding the perfect apnea mask, for me, continues. This is my own personal experience, and should not be taken as a reflection upon the positives that others have experienced with this particular mask F30 Over Mputh with nasal pillows. I am now 100% resolved that a nasal option, whether in part or whole, is not a benefit for me. For me, his was a waste of money, and now I will endure the agonies of a former mask that is wearing out. I Will have purchase a replacement, andnswallow the cost spent on this one. I think it's time for me to manufacture my own design.
