It doesn’t fit well. I tried difference size of the mask, bur none of them fit well. I can’t sleep every night. Can I refund it. It was suggested by your staff online chat.
The delivery came just in time for my vacation, and so saved me from having to travel with a bigger mask. The mask itself fits well, but can be easily dislodged by constant moving about. Once my body got used to wearing it, and it's limitations, I was able to adapt my sleeping patterns, which solved the issue.
I love this soft pillow and head gear. I wish I had it sooner. The pillow is ultra soft. So comfortable. The head fear does not slide off my head as easily as the traditional one.
Fits very well! I can sleep all night without waking up with pain in one nostril. No impediments to turning. My only problem is initial positioning which is becoming easier.
The mask receives quite high ratings, but it doesn't fit in my nares without great discomfort (regardless of the size of the attachment) and it feels like a very high expiratory resistance, even with my machine's expiratory pressure drop set to max.
I got my first one a few months ago and was pleased with it so I ordered a second one, This is the first time I have had anything other than ResMed. So far I’m pleased with these new ones.
Why can't I buy a mask with 3 proper size pillows. In my case I use the medium. The small and large are no good to me. Please consider a package with 3 of proper size for those who know what size they need.
Finally found my mask!! 5th mask in 1 month of CPAP therapy. Full face was a nightmare (tried 2), N20 worked, no leaks, uncomfortable, P10 was comfortable but leaked too much - saw the Nova micro and thought the cushion style would work better than the P10. I was right. First night barely leaked and was comfortable!!
Hopefully it will be a long successful relationship.
This is the most comfortable mask I've ever used. I'm coming from using a p10 most recently and have tried a number of others. Compared to P10 this thing is like a combo between pillows and a cradle style. It actually goes up your nose more than P10 and make more overall surface contact with your nose. Why I like: 1. With this mask you can really sleep with your face sideways on the pillow without the mask getting in the way. 2. It is easier to exhale with this mask because it has more exhaust holes. The downside to that is slightly more air blowing out but it's still dead quiet as long as your blanket doesn't get in front of it. My only actual complaint is that the hose is too short so I keep bumping into the hard plastic connector piece between the mask hose and the machine's hose. Don't understand why it's so short.
