It seems to be a good mask and apparel, however the mask and straps are too small. I normally wear medium but this is way too small
The silicon mask also pushes on my nose making it very uncomfortable when attached and cannot adjust at all. It sits on the last hole available on the straps. I used to wear the N20 in a medium size for 2+ plus years. This is definately not usable for me. I would like to exchange for a large size( or a refund) if possible. Please let me know how to return, as inly the 2 masks and strap/apparel F &P are too small. My order included the cleaner, wipes, etc

I like that it doesn't move around as much if I toss and turn. I don't find the clip to attach over the top of the head to be very secure or useful. The pillow around the nose is very soft and comfortable and does not leave mask marks.

Mixed feelings about it, not as easy to put on as the video shows, especially in the middle of the night in the dark(wife sleeping). Problems with the clasps, won’t stay hooked all the time especially the one that should remain hooked when taking mask off . Should have used the same that were on my previous mask (F&P Nova Nasal) they worked better. Mask seal is very good and does give a little when you turn your head. Very quite.

I have used this mask system for about 2 weeks and I am still tweaking the fit to reach a comfortable setting. with two cushion sizes to compare and a number of adjustable strap settings it is not trivial to find an optimal fit. I think with a little more fiddling this could become my
favorite mask

The mask is very hard to put on and get off, especially at night if you have to get up, you have to take the whole headpiece off. It’s very difficult to get the headpiece on your head and then try and clip the arms onto the nose piece.

found the headgear to be the best tried so far, but I do not like the mask itself, Strongly prefer the nasal pillows. Back to using the air fit P10 pillows, with second choice being the F & P Nova pillows. Both of these using headgear that travels.

very confortable, headband realy easy to attach and detach.
A bit more large than usual, so I am using a small instead of my regular medium cushion.
It took me a few trial and error to get the right adjustment ( too tight is not good here).
very quiet mask. vent are really well manage, no turbulence.

Good Mask.
However, I am having problems with the head gear.
The side straps besides being a bit short do not stick together. The velcro is not effective and keeps coming off. gets loose and causes air leaks.

This is absolutely the worst mask that I have ever used. It is extremely difficult to put on and almost impossible to take off. How do I return it and get my money back?
