In order for me to keep my mouth closed , it becomes too tight and uncomfortable . It doesn’t se to work for me.

Doesn't last very long, maybe 4 or 5 months. While its adjustable, eventually the band that goes over your head expands way too big.

Though this chin strap was recommended, it didn't hold much and was sliding down my head. I ended up buying a Pidoti chin strap from Amazon. A much better option

The chin strap is very comfortable and soft. It is easily adjustable and works well. My mask seal is much better since I started using it because it keeps my jaw shut. I recommend it.
