When I got my sleep app. machine.
I was never given information on how to clean it or never told what to purchase .
Until I felt I was getting sick and couldn't stand sleeping with the machine.
I did ny own research and was very upset with the supplier and never wanting to go back to that Vital air office. in my home town.
Now that I have new tubing I have a better nigbt sleep.

My husband has tried other brands but the ResMed air sense 11 machine doesn’t do well with them, requiring us to order the original. These have no issue fitting properly into the machine.
It cost $11 to ship for 2 tiny filters. I thought it was a pack of 10!!! You can buy on temu for a fraction of the price. Cannot tell you how disappointing this order was
Hello, I received the wrong size cushions: I ordered medium and I received large. Could I return for free? By the same occasion, I would like to return one of the two mask frame because I is with the small cushion and not the medium one. Easy to set up. Straight forward interfaces, same with the app. Turns on and off immediately. Display screen is small but very readable, and shows me the basic stats of my sleep as soon as I turn it off. Pretty quiet machine. Only noise is from breathing through my mask. Compact and the mos important thing, the crucial electrical connection is housed in the breathing tube, not on the unit, which protects the unit's integrity.
I love this machine. Very quiet. I wish Resmed made the water reservoir bigger but I had the same issue with the Airsense 10. I have found a setting that is a reasonable compromise between humidity and time the water supply lasts so it's all good.
