The strap works fine, but I am on my third replacement strap since the velcro attachments keep failing (see photo) because they are glued on instead of sewn. I guess this poor decision was made to save a few cents on production costs, and hope it will be changed in future, unless it is actually "planned obsolescence" to increase sales.

Always used Resmed and Air Voel is great to have the F30 mask that I use.

IT JUST DIDNT FIT WELL FOR MY APPLICATION. THE ADJUSTABLE ON TOP OF HEAD HARNESS did not give me the fit I needed. The head gear thou was of good quality.

I received an email from Air Voel stating that my order had been shipped, and providing a tracking number. When it didn’t show up I called Air Voel and discovered that they had no stock and had not in fact shipped it. Why would I be told that it was in transit when in fact it was not?
