The mask is always falling out after it has been removed. this leads to looking for the mask every night. While I was in hospital it resulted in being totally lost and cost me$100.00 to replace. I see this as a hazard and question why this piece was not properly assembled.
Love that the office is so close and that I was given great support to replace the part. Just wish the VIP discount was a little bit bigger so I didn't have to pay so much. :)
Had good results exchanging an incorrect item. Company was amenable and courteous throiugh out the process.
Thje products fit my needs and Air Voel has the quickest turn around and pricing. Would recommend them to everyone.
Tends to seal very well at first, but unfortunately, as I sleep during the night and put pressure on the mask, it moves around and loses some of its seal. I actually miss my previous mask that had a bar that went up to my forehead which tended to hold things in place a bit better. I probably go back to that type of mask when I am due to replace this one.
My husband says the mask is comfortable if he could get it to stop leaking. Having to continue readjusting the straps on the headgear makes it hard to get a good nights sleep.
this mask is sooooo much better than the version with the foam style seal. easier to clean and should last longer as the foam base started to separate from the plastic body of the last one after a few weeks.
Actually, I had a problem right from the get go....I ordered the wrong size but noticed, by reading the package it was wrong. Since I didn't open it, an exchange was made and I was good to go....
Despite the fact I ordered the wrong size, delivery was prompt and neat. I personally contacted the Air Voel folks and dealt with Naomi to exchange the mask and resolve my issue. Friendly and very customer orientated folks.... Randall
I found the company, ethical and honorable. Somehow I received the wrong size masks they offered to send me out a new batch with a return slip for the old ones that I first got within days apart. I have no problem dealing with them again and again.
