Great company great customer service but the mask had some flaw company provided replacement cushion quick. But seem to leak more. Than my regular one. So it’s in the draw.

I purchased the small/wide size after trying a small (too small) and a medium (too big) mask. I experienced substantial air leak with my first two masks, and again, the small/wide is giving me the same problem. I'm discouraged that so much money has been spent with poor results. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I have been using Resmed equipment for over ten years. Recently I was refitted for this full face mask and changed to this model. The fit is much better. More comfortable with fewer air leaks. Being fitted with the correct size and shape mask is critical.
this is the only mask I've had and once you get used to it, it's quite comfortable. I do like that I can turn from side to side to sleep rather than just flat on my back.
was sized by a professional to a "smallwide". im a "wide" all day long and Air Voel totally helped me out for the second time. ill be buying a full set up from them again soon.
Works quite well once you get it adjusted for you. Experiment with the straps until it fits and feels right. Remember to order the hose adapter for the ResMed 11 as they don't tell you that when ordering. Other than that a quality mask and easy to clean. Pretty good price as far as masks go. Will order again.
