I have a small head, and the headgear (they told me it was one size fits all) is too big, so I have to shorten the straps for it to fit properly. The cushion (small) is perfect. I can sleep without any leaks for 6 to 7 hours straight.

Ordered wrong mask. I need a Phillips and because I opened it, excited to get it on my mask, didn't realize it was the wrong one. When I called they said since I opened the bag it could not be returned. Won't be making that mistake again

Much cheaper than buying the complete mask. My health insurer will not pay shipping and HST on shipping, and they have a maximum coverage for this part of $60, so I received $60 x 80% = $48. This was after I pointed out that, even with shipping, it was still less than the cost of a full mask. My theory is that insurance rates are set based on claims paid, so if I shop for the cheapest option, and if we all did this, we would all benefit. But, my mask fits and works well, almost no leakage (the soft silicon on my old mask was torn), so I'm a happy camper! Your service was great.

The service staff was very helpful in that I had ordered the wrong sized mask but they immediately shipped the correct size and explained how to return the others for a refund. The products are very good as always.
