Excellent experience! I had order a small headgear by mistake and emailed them and they sent me the large one that I needed. They sent me mask wipes as present 🎁 I was super pumped! I will be buying more products!
The straps don’t last very long before they get stretched out to the point they get thinner and thinner and you keep adjusting, eventually the velcro wears out.
Service levels and prices are great. I have my go to supplier and don't need to look anywhere else

It is very comfortable and doesn't leak.
My husband has not had to use this one as yet. It was bought as a spare until needed. He still is using his original one he bought when he needed to buy the machine a few months ago. The headgear fits fine, it’s the small size. Except for having to continue adjusting it during the night due to mask leaks it fits well.
The strap wears out before the mask does, when I order a mask I order a strap

I was very impressed with my first time purchase. I was very happy with the site navigation and the price for my item was very reasonable. The delivery service was very quick. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because of the cost of shipping. My choice on that however and the next time I will just make a trip to the store location to purchase. Well done for the first time.
