I haven’t received mine yet. You shipped me someone else’s full face mask and said on the call that you would send me my mask.
Two weeks later I called to find nothing had been done. The mask is now in the mail.
Colour me unimptessed.
Of the total head gear, the mask cushion is the part that needs to be replaced regularly. I am so happy to be able to purchase the only AirFit N30 Nasal Mask Cushion without having to throw away and replace the whole head gear! Thank you for stocking this part.
I had purchased the small size and had difficulties keeping a tight fit so after some weeks of frustration I purchased the medium size and it is wonderful. I like the quality of this nose masks as it fits just under the nose and is less intrusive than a face mask.
I thought that switching from a small to a medium pillow would be more comfortable. However, I have had quite a few leaks with the medium. I am now using the small pillow again, and have had no leak issues.
Got lot a lot of scam mail presumably from using your site....unfortunate but you should upgrade security...very pleased with speed of delivery and good product.. Will use your site again for sure. Thanks for now
