The WatchPAT ONE is Health Canada Approved and an easy solution for Home Sleep Testing and Sleep Apnea Diagnosis. A disposable testing device (WatchPAT ONE) will be mailed to you once you place the order. Our Home Sleep Test is designed to be easy to use, accurate, fully disposable, and the entire test can be completed from within your own home.

***Attention Alberta Residents*** This product does not provide official diagnosis as per AB government requirements for AB residents. If you wish to get formally diagnosed with sleep apnea, contact your local physician and arrange testing in your province. 

***Attention Ontario Residents*** The province of Ontario may offer a $415 rebate through the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) toward a qualified CPAP device to individuals diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. In order to qualify for this rebate, a Level 1 overnight sleep study in person in a qualified Sleep Laboratory is required. The WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test provides an official Sleep Apnea diagnosis; however, it does not satisfy the Ontario ADP coverage requirement.

Both the Travel CPAP and Home Sleep Test are included. This sleep test is available to order in two options:

• Report Only. This sleep report will not include Physician Interpretation and Formal Diagnosis. The report will include the following data: Respiratory Events, Snore/Body Position, Oxygen Saturation: / Pulse Rate (BPM) / PAT Amplitude SpO2, Wake / Sleep stages, Body Position Statistics, Snoring Statistics, Sleep Stages Chart, and Respiratory Indices (pRDI, pAHI, ODI, pAHIc, CSR). If Report Only option is ordered, the customer is responsible for taking this report to their physician for interpretation and diagnosis. Air Voel employees are not able to provide an interpretation and/or diagnosis.      

• Report with Physician Interpretation and Formal Diagnosis for $299 CAD. The option will provide you with a formal sleep apnea diagnosis and a prescription for PAP therapy if it's recommended according to the test results. The interpretation and diagnosis are carried out by an independent Sleep Physician licensed in Canada.

A mobile phone with access to the internet and the Google Play Store/Apple App Store is needed to complete this test. A minimum valid sleep time of 1 hour and 30 minutes is required to generate a sleep report and sleeping for less than this will require a retest. It's recommended that you sleep alone and without any potential disturbances since longer, undisturbed sleep will provide more accurate results. Valid Sleep Time is the total sleep time not including periods where you're awake or when the collected information is inaccurate.
