Note on Care and Maintenance:
This device includes a hose, water chamber, and filter—components that are essential to both comfort and hygiene during CPAP therapy. Because these parts are regularly exposed to moisture, they can develop mold and bacterial buildup over time. To maintain sanitary conditions and ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the hose and water chamber every 3–6 months, and the filter on a regular basis. Really satisfaite
I’m pleased with this machine. Love that it’s a touch screen. Hopefully this will improve my low blood levels when I’m sleeping, the way it’s supposed to. Thank you.
It was wonderful experience for me. At the beginning I had doubts about price because it is below from clinics price (about $600) and this was suspected to me but here I am, everything went well and I’m so happy with this machine. Super quiet. Can’t hear it at all. Love the auto start feature. It starts after only one breath. Love the auto stop too. My old machine didn’t do that. Setup was easy. I am on it an average of 7 hours per night.

The Airsense 11 is a great product. Upgraded from an old Airsense 10 and am quite happy with the result. Air Voel matched the price of another vendor and their service delivery and attention to detail were excellent. Would definitely buy again. Their willingness to price match is an added bonus

Great price
The machine works well. The only sticking point is the size of the water reservoir. I fill it to the recommended line, and it spills water during closing the lid and carrying it and inserting it into the machine. Would be a no brainer to have a larger reservoir.

I put off getting a CPAP for many years and finally decided to take the plunge. I purchased the ResMed 11 and couldn't be happier with how easy it has been to use. I was expecting a difficult time adjusting to a CPAP but was able use the system for the entire night 7-8 hours right from the start. My dog did leave the room for the first 3 nights when I put the mask on, but has since returned to my side. The technology of the ResMed 11 made it easy for me to tolerate the mask and the pressure adjusts as needed while you sleep. Wish I had this machine 10 years ago.

I’m a bit confused because in AM it says mask fit was air tight.. everything else looks good, but “Leak” shows 31L/min… why would that be?
I have had this unit for a couple of years now, and my mother recently got one. It works great and is easy to clean and such. My only complaint is the design of the water tank makes it easy to spill.
The unit is compact, easy to set up. I really like the water tank. What I really like is that it is so quiet. The app is really neat as well. The carry case is very nice and well thought out.
