Note on Care and Maintenance:

This device includes a hose, water chamber, and filter—components that are essential to both comfort and hygiene during CPAP therapy. Because these parts are regularly exposed to moisture, they can develop mold and bacterial buildup over time. To maintain sanitary conditions and ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the hose and water chamber every 3–6 months, and the filter on a regular basis. The machine is great received it a week and a half ago just used it for the first time last night June 21. Set up my air app this morning it could not retrieve the info from last night which was my first night The machine was good however the mask was not. The previous mask I had was 10 years old the apparatus was all cloth material and no magnets . The new mask I purchased with magnets caused me severe jaw pain this morning all the way up into my ear. I’m wondering if a credit can be applied towards a new mask I’m considering the pillow mask that has no magnets and the apparatus is all cloth. I called and left a message this morning hoping to hear back on Monday when the office resumes. There is no way I can use the mask again tonight and i will use my old machine and mask until we can see what can be done. Please call me at 780 405-6916. Thank you

Machine is good. Same as my old one. Took a while to figure out how to update myAir app to new machine as the "Update Machine" on the app did not work, but I used the website and that was fine after. All good and I will use Air Voel again. Very good prices especially compared to those 'Sleep Experts' at those Sleep Apnea boutiques that are everywhere.
