Very disappointed that to return item shipping is at my own expense. $180 dollar order and have to pay shipping to send back the wrong water chamber which was $58. I did mistakenly order the wrong one but would just like to exchange for the correct one. Have ordered many times but am now looking for a new site to do my next orders.

Identical in function but with a larger, rectangular metal base than the round base of the original base. I like to have an extra to clean and dry completely rotating with the original.

I prefer using distilled water in the chamber to deter calcium build up etc.. and it last longer. Easy to clean and like the detachable sealer to avoid spillage.
