I like the location where parking for pick up is available. Representatives are very helpful. I bought the same mask from other store but had to pay more. I will continue to buy mask and other supplies from Air Voel in the future.
I decided to try this new-to-me mask, the P30i, and i instantly hated it. First off, it was about 8 times louder than my usual mask, the P10. Then when i used it at night i kept waking up out of breath, seconds after falling asleep! Completely useless design.
Fortunately, Air Voel was completely sympathetic and replaced the mask instantly, with my tried and true P10! Thank you Air Voel.
Great experience! Terrific price and fast delivery. Very happy. This mask is so comfortable, although I did find it has a bad smell right out of the package. I washed it 2 or 3 times with dish soap and the smell went away. Easy fix.

Shopping online for mask and accessories very convenient. I should mention that shipping is free. Prices are the cheapest around. Very happy and will be buying again.
I ordered the P30i pillows cushion by mistake. I have used the N30i nasal cushion for two years. Regardless, I decided to try the P30i and found that the air flow is more restricted compared to the N30i. I also have to adjust the pillows cushion several times during the night due to air leakage. So for now I am alternating cushions every other night but I prefer my N30i cushion.
