Air Voel is the best. I feel the price was very reasonable compared to what the going price was to buy one from a sleep company locally. Actually I could gave purchased 2 with enough for an average meal for 2 at a restaurant. This is not meant to be an indicator to raise your prices, but rather to share savings with your customers. I have an AirSense 11 with a ClimateLineAir 11 heated hose and an AirFit F40 mask. I recently purchased a new AirFit N30i Standard Starter Pack. The hose cannot connect to the N30i because both connectors are the same diameter. Could you please check whether the quick-release elbow (connector) is missing, or replace the mask if it is defective?

I have used this brand of mask for years and like it. However, the standard size is too large for me, a 6 ft man. So the labelling and sizing needs to be clearer. There is no way I can further tighten the straps. Resmed shouls make the velcro strips longer.
I have used this mask for several years. I keep repurchasing as I find it very comfortable. The hose on top of your head is a huge help as I move around a lot in my sleep
I am a lover of CPAP! Can't sleep without it! Feel naked without it! My machine has been completely reliable for years and I'm still using my original machine as a backup. My only issue, and it has been since day 1, is why, why does Resmed ship 3 sizes of nasal pillows with each mask when I only need a Small Wide? I bet I have tossed out 25 other pillows that were shipped but are not my size! WTH? I could trade them all for my SW, but no we don't want them back. And I would think that every other user has the same complaint. Especially when the pillow itself is half the price of the entire system. BK

Having trouble with dry eyes with old mask style. This set has made a major difference. Also easier for side sleeping.

This is the second one I have purchased. It is very comfortable & the service in ordering this was great.
I haven’t used it yet it has to be adjusted I have to see a pulmonologist but my neighbour bought it and he loves it he’s sleeping through the night. I just bought the sleep apnea test because my last test was in 2019 I got the best price for my machine by shopping on this site!
I haven’t used it as of yet but it’s the right one that I ordered and will be ordering from you more often. I wish you would give us a receipt or a tax receipt as well in the packaging. That’s the only issue we have. No receipt with it. Thanks

It leaks air easily.
I do like it but I find that unless the headgear is absolutely in the right spot, the nasal slots move and air escapes. I would think better placement of the straps would improve the wear.
