WatchPAT ONE Physician Interpretation & Prescription

This is an additional service for the WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test Kit and is not the complete WatchPAT ONE test kit. A Separate Purchase of WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test Kit (Report Only) is required before buying this add-on. If a report-only option is purchased, the Physician's Interpretation can be added as an additional service at a later time. 

There are two purchase options for WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test:

1) WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test Kit (Report Only) - can be purchased alone

2) WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test Kit (Report Only) + WatchPAT ONE Physician Interpretation & Prescription. This combination can be purchased as a bundle or the product (Test Kit) and the Service (Physician's Interpretation) can be purchased as two separate items.

***Attention Alberta Residents*** This product cannot be sold to AB residents. If you wish to get tested for sleep apnea, contact your physician and arrange testing in your province. 

***Attention Ontario Residents*** The province of Ontario may offer a $415 rebate through the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) toward a qualified CPAP device to individuals diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. In order to qualify for this rebate, a Level 1 overnight sleep study in person in a qualified Sleep Laboratory is required. The WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test provides an official Sleep Apnea diagnosis; however, it does not satisfy the Ontario ADP coverage requirement.
