The nasal pillow is great but I was equally impressed with the service I received from Air Voel.
For me it's the most comfortable mask/pillow for my needs, specially since I sleep on my side
This mask didn't work for me the quality is still top notch and there was nothing wrong with the mask itself I use the pillows as I have a deviated septum I bought this to try as the pillows irritate my nose but because of my septum this mask didn't work for me

I have had your item for a few years It is the first time that I have ever gotten this nose cushion separately This particular nose cushion appears to be not fitting me as well as the ones I have received before that is attached to that product that I USE It is much thinner product then I have ordered before. If I tighten the straps, it is so tight that it is very uncomfortable. It is so thin that the center of the nose strap is weak and breaks very easy Thanks Perhaps the supplier is using a different product
Hi TJ THank you for the quick service. I have a question. My old nasal mask lost the filter so I put it back in incorrectly according to the new one. This allowed me to breathe as before. The new one is restricting my breathing to the point I don't feel comfortable using the new nasal mask. Basically, it is hard for me to breathe. Please advise. Thanks Bob

I am sleeping through the night again. No more air leaks.I feel much better in the morning since i put the new cushion on.

Unfortunately, the nose piece doesn't fit the mask I have. My fault. I ordered it without checking the part number. Expensive lesson.

This is the best mask cushion I have experienced however I think the nasal holes in the design can become misaligned while moving in sleep. I find myself adjusting the cushion from time to time to make sure the air flow is reaching my nostrils. Could be I just have a face that's hard to fit. It is very comfortable and works well for the most part IMO.

I have pne already & ordered nasal part a couplle weeks ago & fits well. This complete mask set was an exta on hand, so not using it yet. Bought because of sale. Like your company's quick effecient service. Carole
They are not what i thought they would be. My usual N30i nasal pillow mask had pillows that actually went to each nostril. These have just a couple if holes. It is definitely taking some time to get used to them. Especially when I am not lying on my back.
When I got the package, which costed an additional 2/3rds of the price of the nasal cushion, I realized that I was ending up paying such an enormous price for a tiny replacement cushion for my mask. I was surprised the box was so big. I find it hard to believe that a smaller, strong, well packed box would have been sufficient, less wasteful, and cheaper to deliver. I hope you take this comment seriously... such a weightless package, yet taking so much room unecessarily. There is definately something wrong about the methods of packaging, and cost of delivery. still adjusting to it. do you have a mini resmed that works on battery. I have seen these tiny devices that can placed over the nostrils and avoids the need for a tube and all the other accessories like face mask and filter.
