The ResMed AirSense™ 11 AutoSet™ is a premium Auto-Adjusting PAP Device with integrated heated humidifier, wireless connectivity with ResMed App, advanced event detection and patient support features. ResMed AirSense™ is equipped with enhanced digital health technology designed to make starting, acclimating and adhering to therapy easier and more convenient for individuals with sleep apnea. It combines ResMed trusted therapy modes with digital support features designed to simplify equipment setup and therapy acclimation and provide tailored support and coaching to help CPAP users self-resolve common therapy issues. Note on Care and Maintenance:
This device includes a hose, water chamber, and filter—components that are essential to both comfort and hygiene during CPAP therapy. Because these parts are regularly exposed to moisture, they can develop mold and bacterial buildup over time. To maintain sanitary conditions and ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the hose and water chamber every 3–6 months, and the filter on a regular basis. New to CPAP? Choose the AirSense 11. Its touchscreen and built-in Personal Therapy Assistant walk you through setup and mask fit, which makes the first few weeks easier.

Replacing an AirSense 10? Check your accessories first. The AirSense 11 uses its own water tub, filters and ClimateLineAir 11 heated tubing, so AirSense 10 parts will not carry over. If you want to keep them, see the AirSense 10 AutoSet 4G.

Same core therapy. Both machines use ResMed's AutoSet algorithm, and the AirSense 11 also includes AutoSet for Her in the same device.
